Albert Anae
Albert Anae graduates to the Reds senior squad in 2011 from the QAS Reds Academy.
He made his Australian Under 20s debut in 2009 at the inaugural IRB Junior World Championships in Wales. He has also represented Australia as a Schoolboy and Under 19.
Selected to join the Queensland Development tour of Ireland and France at the end of 2007 as a prop, injuries in the squad forced him to switch to hooker and he has been working hard to make a success of the role.
When he is not training or competing, Anae works part-time for the Get Active Queensland Schools Program, a Queensland Government initiative to motivate school students to get physically active.
